Terms of Service
By using reBlue ("Service"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").
ReBlue, LLC ("Company") reserves the right to update and change these Terms of Service without notice.
Violation of any of the terms below may result in the termination of your account.
Account terms
Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms
The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you choose when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or the Company cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through our website or by contacting reBlue customer support (support@reblue.app).
A valid payment method, such as a credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide the Company with accurate and complete billing information including full name, company name, address, state, zip code, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize the Company to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
General conditions
Questions about the Terms of Service should be sent to support@reblue.app.
Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
